When is rent due?

On the 1st of each month.

Is there a late fee?

Late fees of $10.00 per day are applied beginning on the 6th day of the month until account is paid in full.

Is there an after hour drop box?

We have an outside drop box at the front door of the office for after hour convenience.

Who pays for pest control?

Tenant pays for pest control during their occupancy.

Who pays for maintenance?

The type of maintenance that is needed determines who is responsible for payment.

What is considered an emergency?

We have a 24 hour maintenance # to call, our maintenance department with the help of our vendors will determine if this is truly an emergency.

Who pays for landscaping?

This varies from property to property.

Who pays for utilities?

Tenants are responsible for all utilities unless specified otherwise.

Do alterations need authorization?

Alterations must be authorized by the owner.

Is renters insurance required?

It is highly recommended that every tenant have renters insurance, owners are only responsible for the structure not the contents.

Who pays for damage to my things?

The tenant is responsible for their belongings inside and outside.
